[ኮሰረት]

The genus Moringa is a small one whose center of biodiversity is the Horn of Africa.The best-known species, Moringa oleifera, is affectionately referred to as “mother’s best friend.” for its nutritional value.

Rosemary is a recent arrival to Ethiopia. It is used fresh and dried or meat sautés, roasts, pasta sauces, it is added to spice blends to enrich aroma.

Coffee-leaf tea. These leaves, after being roasted, can be ground up or crumpled, then brewed or simmered in hot water similar to tea The resulting beverage taste similar to green tea, In Ethiopia, coffee-leaf tea known as Kuti and has been consumed for hundreds of years mostly in Harar region.
